This is a vid that my cousin Kris did for school.
Learned some stuff I never knew but I was nodding thru the whole thing cause I knew how he felt with no meat. Really felt soo BAD for him cause he lives in London=Nasty Food!!
I did the no red meat thing for Lent. TORTURE!!!!!
