Hardest Thing To Write

I've been going back and forth about this decision but sometimes the hardest thing to do is the best thing to do. This blog was started by 2 friends that wanted to share their insight,thoughts,ideas,etc. I've meet some GREAT ppl due to our blog. Hopefully I can say with pride, we introduce ppl to the things we love & had no idea about them. I can't speak for Christin but I speak for myself and personally I feel this is not my heart anymore :( Between my demanding internships, school, & personal life challenges , I feel this blog has gotten OVERLY neglected & I personally dont have the time nor energy to fix it.

As you guys know I love good music!
I breathe it, embrace it, fuxs with it!
I especially love good local music!
Even though Detroit aka The D gets ALOT of horrible press, the one aspect that doesn't but should get enough press is the musical talent in this city.
I'm not talking about Eminem, Royce Da 5'9, Madonna.
I'm talking bout the good good shit!

I'm totally blessed to exchange hugs & dabs with some of the very talented ppl in Detroit.
One of these talented ppl happen to be Dwele.
I'm sure everybody knows him as the dude on Flashing Lights w Kayne or Kayne's new song Power.
But besides lending his voice to Kayne, Common, Slum Village, he is an amazing singer,producer,writer, just all around great artist.

His new album W.W.W comes out 6.29.10 and its most DEF a BUYER! I'm not saying that cause I know him,lol, but cause its great soul music.

Back in April & May 09 I was blessed enough to see Drake, in Toledo & Detroit.

After the last time I vowed to not go to another show until his album dropped (I'm still waiting)
but yesterday I broke my vow and saw Jewish kid again...
