So I've failed my Facebook Chanellege, BUT for a good reason, Obama was getting sworned into office!!! I don't know what that has to do with me getting on Facebook ,but hey its a great excuse don't cha think? But I did last for a whole 24 hours, so get at me! But yesterday was a day that couldn't been put into words.

Like every other person I know, after I watched Beyonce's performance at The Neighborhood Ball, I realized I need to move to Hawaii and find a love like that...A S A P!!!

I'm talking about the fact that today, on January 20th, 2009, a day after MLK Day...5 days after MLK's Birthday...41 years after MLK's assassination...people actually stood together; black, white, yellow, puerto rican, and hatian, and they were all one. No race mattered today. Today all we were Americans. We shook hands, we smiled, we were happy.
Today is the day that we stop making excuses as to why we have problems in life. Never again will we blame "the man", cause the man in charge is BLACK! Do you think we've achieved Martin's Dream??

Kickin' tha Habit

I'm a addict. I do it the when I first wake up, do it when I'm supposed to be doing work,when I'm bored,when I'm supposed to watching my niece & then I get mad at her when she interrupts me. I'm addicted to.......so not proud to say....FACEBOOK! It has gotten so bad that in the morning before I do anything else I check facebook, even when I have to pee really bad I will take my phone with me & kill 2 birds w/1 stone. I should hate Facebook, it did ruin a relationship with someone I knew since I was 7...(different story for a different day)...& all I ever see is hoodrats & hoodnig-rats breeding other hoodnigglets, but I don't know why I can't shake this habit. But today I woke with a new 'tude & saw all my homework on my desk =( and knew that TODAY is the day!!! Today I changelled myself, for 1 week I CAN NOT, get on Facebook nor Facebook Mobile. I checked my last note,commented on my last picture, checked my profile, accepted/ignored my last friend request until JANUARY 26! So wish tons of luck!!!

So...I've been m.i.a for a min...school, school, more school, and snow. That's what my New Years has consisted of so far. Now I'm back on the east side of the state... and I can tell you why East Michigan is better than Western Michigan

Every Black Man Should Look Up To

In 5 days the greatest fresh breath of air is taking office in America. Not only is he everything that this country needs but he is also what every black man needs to look up to. A POSTIVE role model, forget that Lil Wayne,Jeezy,Gucci ish, I'm talking about a man that makes a difference in a nation, bringing people together, helping erase the racial,religion lines that plague our country. But the purpose of this post was, I just read the letter he wrote to his 2 daughters and in reading this, it gave me hope. Hopes that Barack Obama will motivate the next senator, the next CEO,the next neurosurgeon, the next great FATHER. If anything I hope that my fellow male friends see this and want to make a impact on their children's life and want to be their to help guide them and show them that they can too break down any walls & barriers. So like every other person,I'm gonna be glued to CNN,MSNBC,FOX NEWS(maybe) on 19th-20th.

So today was a complete...uh...dont even know! Nah,it was good, had good thoughts =) but when I got to skool, it was a completely different story.

• College is SUPPOSED to be a place for higher learning, room to grow & to find yourself. So you would automatically think that aleast 85% of the people are on their grown woman/man mind set. NOT THE CASE FOR THE 15% who think they are still in kindergarten,preschool, their momma's womb or the zoo. Yes,I said the zoo because there are grown ass men/boys walking around with ears & tails

My newest addiction 'The Real World' premired this week [super duper excited face] and every season I have one cast member that I fall in love wit. So this season sum cute latino guy caught my eye & I mean caught my eye.Like gorgeous,great smile,great bod & I was like oh,he's definitely not the gay one & if you saw it , you probably thought the one guy that made all his clothes & had on the purple vest and leggings was the gay one. But NO!!! The one I fell in love wit in 2.5 seconds is the gay one. So again I'm on my own to find my true love...

I guess tonite is on of my sleepless nites. && when this happens I tend to do ANYTHING to keep me busy. So far I think I've accomplished alot:

• Got on Facebook & check the notifications,messages and that other stuff
• Put a load in---u would think I would have washed at home,right?
• Attempt to watch Jumper---watch 3 whole minutes
• Attempt to watch At World's End---Seeing Orlando Bloom was suffice enough for me =)
• Got asked to be in a relationship, should be excited, but I don't think being asked to be the boyfriend would being excitement
• Took pictures----Ch-ch-check em out



• Updated the Pod---some Britney.Drake.Jamie Foxx.T-Pain
• Watched Bow Wow little porn scene && it wasn't til a friend pointed out at the end you can see his BUSINESS
